主讲人介绍：

Yang Liu is an Associate Professor of Chemistry at James Cook University, Australia. She obtained her PhD from the Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and subsequently held research fellow positions at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and Curtin University, Australia. From 2016 to 2018, she worked as a Chemist and Research Officer at ChemCentre (Western Australian Government), before taking up her current appointment at James Cook University. Her research focuses on the development of innovative analytical technologies for environmental, agricultural, and biological applications, as well as electrochemical technologies for water treatment and critical mineral extraction. Her publications have attracted over 4,600 citations, with an H-index of 33, and she has secured more than AUD $3.8 million in research funding from government and industry sources.

Over the past five years, she has been elected a Fellow of the Royal Australian Chemical Institute (RACI) and awarded the Paul Haddad Medal from the Analytical & Environmental Chemistry Division of RACI, the Rod Rickards Fellowship, and the Theo Murphy Initiative Grant from the Australian Academy of Science. She has also received several honours from James Cook University, including the Rising Stars Early Career Researcher Award and recognition as a finalist for the Cross-Unit Collaboration Award for Excellence. She currently serves as an Executive Member of the Early and Mid-Career Researcher Forum at the Australian Academy of Science, the Queensland Representative for the Electrochemistry Division of RACI, and an Observer on the National Committee for Chemistry in Australia.

刘阳，澳大利亚詹姆斯·库克大学化学系副教授。她于中国科学院长春应用化学研究所获得博士学位，随后在新加坡南洋理工大学和澳大利亚科廷大学从事博士后研究。2016年至2018年，在西澳大利亚州政府下属的ChemCentre担任化学家及研究专员，之后在詹姆斯·库克大学担任现职。她的研究专注于开发面向环境、农业及生物应用的创新分析技术，以及用于水处理和关键矿物提取的电化学技术。其出版物已被引用超过4600次，H指数为33，并获得来自政府及行业来源超过380万澳元的研究经费。
